July 11
I think a neighbourhood drug dealer has moved in across the street
My cousin Tammy noted that I should keep a log of all the activity. At first I thought I would keep it in a notebook. But then I thought- why not keep a blog on it?
Of course, I can only log the times that I am around and notice something so it won't be complete.
July 10
@ 2:30pm 2 guys drove up in a car. The passenger got out. He looked barely 16. Very curly hair and a baby face. The driver had a thin face and may have been a few years older. The passenger returned a short minute later and they drove off
@ 3:30pm 2 girls walked up. One was on a cell phone. The girl on the cell phone had long ash blonde hair. The other girl had a short dark bob. They both wore sunglasses. They left the apartment a short minute later the cell phone girl in front, the bob girl walking a few feet behind her like they didn't know each other
@ 9pm a red car drove up and 3 females got out. One was older with a dark short cut and she talked a lot to the other 2. They were carrying big bags (maybe for sleeping). The other 2 seemed younger- one a teenager, one maybe 12-14? They left at 8am the morning of the 11th. There was another walk-up as they were arriving but it was now dark it was hard for me to see.
July 9 from here
Yesterday I came to the realization that the young lad who moved into the apartment in the house across the road is likely involved in drugs. He moved in a few weeks ago and I noticed there was some traffic but I thought -he's a young guy- he's just having some friends drop by. But after last night I think differently.
-one guy arrived at the house across the road with some type of cloth in his hand. He used this cloth to open the door. I guess so there are no fingerprints? He didn't knock (most of them don't)
-a police car drove down the street and shone a light in my eyes. I think they were probably looking for house numbers. I don't know if that was related.
-shortly after the police left another car (burgundy) showed up and a guy got out with a bag. The guy did not know where he was going and the outdoor light was off (maybe on purpose as he normally has it on) and he was wandering a bit. He spotted the stairs to the 'real' neighbours house (the landlord part) and almost went up but must have been on a cell phone with the apartment-guy as he abruptly turned away. (I was really hoping that he would make the landlord aware of what was going on!) Then he found his was in the dark to the back apartment. He knocked on the door. The car waiting for him drove around the block and then waited across the street instead of waiting outside the house.
